Manufactured in Germany, this Heraeus dryer has a ventilated chamber located in a sheet steel outer casing finished in light green paintwork. The Steriliser Dryer features a side opening door which affords easy access to the work chamber. The internal capacity of the oven is a generous 252 Litres with a 100°C temperature rating and a steel interior. The chamber has 3 chrome wire shelves which are fully adjustable to allow for optimum sample distribution inside the oven. As this is a refurbished oven, there are scratches, dents and imperfections as shown in the images. Please contact us should you require further details.

Heating / Cooling: Heating is supplied by 6 high quality sheathed elements carefully positioned in concealed ducts at the base of the oven work chamber. A powerful air circulation fan ensures heat distribution and temperature uniformity within the work chamber. The drying oven also features a Belimo SM220 electronic exhaust damper actuator. This actuator opens the inlet port when the dryer begins its cooling cycle.

Controls: Twin Jumo TROw-96 temperature controllers for both heating and cooling cycles. A JUMO PDAw-48/AC digital temperature recorder displays the temperature inside the chamber. Twin PT100 sensors record the process values. The steriliser is also equipped with a Tesch analogue timer which controls the dwell time of both the heating and cooling cycles. The oven is also equipped with a manual damper overide lever.
