Converted Shipping container
20ft x 8ft
Split into two equal 10x8ft compartments.
Part 1: insulated and lined office space with window and secure door (yale lock). Desk, chairs and shelving included. Windows have secure shutters, one lock is missing, but remaining locks function. Great little office space, nice and cool in summer.
Part 2: Storage area. Ply floor, no lining. Secure doors with mortis lock. Shelves shown in in pictures will be REMOVED.
OFF GRID POWER SYSTEM
Optional Solar set up available for fully off grid power, charging two 12v (100Ah) gel batteries (replaced in November 2023). Internal wiring includes two double sockets and one LED lighting strip. £800 extra for solar system.
Container is solid, no leaks, some surface rust, doors all function well, no warping. Would benefit from external repaint.
Would make excellent multi purpose space for riding stables, outdoor nursery, farm etc...
