Designed with an extra-wide 4-point stance, the Body-Solid Commercial Multi-Press/Squat Rack is a rock-solid performer. It features a 7° reverse pitch, accommodating the body’s natural lifting path, allowing for effective, safe and maximised training. When it comes to its build, it's incredibly robust with a 2” x 3” high tensile strength steel mainframe and 17” long safeties made from 2”x 3” 11 gauge steel. It features excellent versatility – from squats, calf raises and lunges for the lower body to upright rows and dead lifts to target the back and upper body. You can also add an optional free weight bench (sold separately) for even more workout options. Lift-off and safety positions are right where you want, so racking the bar is always comfortable and safe
