Introduction at door was welcomed in place warm and inviting massage took place in living room met by relaxing soothing massage music professional bed in middle of room before starting had basic lesson on therapeutic aromatherapy oils my massage was for 30 minutes I did fall asleep for a bit was so relaxed Alisha noticed my upper back very tense and very knotted she did so much work to undo when finished I was given bottled water herbal tea and essential oil lavender my favourite the next day I noticed a difference I will be back monthly
