This wood fired addition to your Roccbox is ideal= perfect for big flavours- we used cedar, hickory and sometimes oak
Just push & twist to add it to the oven. A bit fiddly initially but soon gets used to the woodburner
Choose your fuel - it handles a variety of fuel types so you can cook at high temperatures with kiln dried wood kindling, or low and slow with charcoal
You can easily switch between wood or gas [just use THICK gloves]
Great ventilation for a larger rolling flame
Easy loading of fuel down the chute- gives a clean burn
Collection is preferred, due to size/ weight
Or ask to arrange a courier
Delivery in the North West may be possible with prior agreement
