Description
Worcester Bosch gas fired condensing system boiler 30Kw “ Greenstar 8000 Life” 3 years old, serviced annually. Provides domestic hot water and supply for water radiator central heating system. Being replaced by all electric system.
Will be removed by trade plumber, should require trade plumber to re - install.
Optional extras which could be sold separately ; Greenstar system filter, Night Hawk battery carbon monoxide alarm.
Glow worm non vented hot water storage cylinder.,electric immersion unit within cylinder
All items will be supplied with their handbooks/ manuals
Planned removal date is 28 August so items will be available after that date.
