Description
A genuine Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer, made in Japan during the highly regarded Maxon reissue period (circa 1996–2001). This version is identifiable by its silver "CE" sticker and serial number 065097, placing it firmly in the Maxon production era before Ibanez shifted manufacturing elsewhere. It's either a 1996 or 2000 model - can't be sure which year.
These Maxon-built TS9s are prized for their tone and build quality, offering the classic Tube Screamer sound with rich mids, smooth clipping, and excellent dynamics. Ideal for pushing tube amps or tightening up a modelled high-gain tone.
