Do you provide the materials?
That is optional. We can provide the materials or you can buy them yourself.
Do you do estimates online?
Yes, but in order to give you the most accurate estimate make sure you include as much information as you can. (ie. size of walls in meters or feet, number of doors, surface to be tiled up, etc.)
Are your in person estimates free?
Yes, unless the project is more than 30 min drive from EH1. If the project is more than 30min drive from EH1 we will charge £20 for petrol expenses and travel time.
What's your average response time? We aim to respond to all messages and emails within one hour.
Do you work weekends? We usually work Monday to Friday but we understand that some projects can be urgent and we do our best to accommodate our customers needs, that includes working on weekends if we can.
