With great regret have to say two items of furniture were damaged in the move. They made a hole in the base; the fabric covering the webbing, on a chair I have only recently had refurbished. Also, they scraped some silver paint off the bottom of a sofabed frame; which I did advised them was very heavy. Really lovely guys, very courteous and friendly. However, they brought mud into the house too, I only know this as I generally have a runner down, in the hall, which may have presented a trip hazard; so the carpet in that area is in a pristine condition. They did thoughtfully put down a blanket down after that. I did pay in full, but do feel a bit let down. Sorry guys. Malcolm said he had had surgery on his knee a little while ago. Although, this thankfully, did not seem have an impacted his mobility. As I say, lovely people; I personally won't be using them for my next move.
