EASY MAINTENANCE ; The perches simply unscrew from the main body, which can therefore be easily painted white . The roof and perches are treated with Cuprinol outdoor stain preservative. Roof is made of Accoyaplus treated so it will not rot. This is a very durable, strong construction.
NEW IMPROVED: The roof is removable for easy clean ,maintenance! It also helps when installing ontop of the post.
