Sam was brilliant, he came to our venue before hand and we discussed menu options. On the day he was prompt and the food was amazing. The whole team were great and we would definitely use again.

Absolute 5 star rating The team were professional. The food tasted incredible and everything was served piping hot We hired backyard barbecue catering for a Christmas event All our guests were blown away with how delicious everything was and have asked if we’ll do the same again for 2023 We had two guests who were vegetarian and vegan and also gluten free. Everything was catered for Highly recommended N.S Ballroom Southport
