Seed is my space to create bold, imaginative food that’s completely plant-based and rooted in sustainability. I run intimate suppe clubs, cook for private events, and work as a personal chef — always with a focus on flavour, creativity, and doing things differently. Think unexpected pairings, eco-conscious cooking, and meals that spark conversation.
