Weights to enhance strength training. May be used on wrists or ankles
With Velcro strap, weighted with sand.
Size 30cm (12inch) x 10cm (4inch).
Can be used for both, aquafit and general exercises.
Second hand, but hardly used – only wore them a couple of times.
