Vibrapower Vibra Coach Power Vibration Plate is an oscillating fitness machine. The machine is in excellent condition being used a few times. The machine can be used with just the base plate but the handle gives a lot of stability for those just beginning to use this for exercise.The column has all the control panels giving an easy workout to a much more advanced workout. The workout allows you to increase muscle strength, have better balance, lose weight, etc. There are also two sets of
arm bands giving different resistance . 10 minutes on a vibration plate is said to be equal to 1 hour cardio. It also comes with a remote control to easily change intensity, time or preset programme.
It is a great investment for a home because everyone in the house can use it at their own level. It is a good way to exercise in the winter when the weather does not always allow walking /running safely due to weather conditions.
