Ideal Home Gym for those who don't have time to go to the gym after work, or want to develop their home gym with a great all round peice of kit that folds away to reduce space after use. In perfect working order with light wear and tear to the frame, but no effect on performance.
• Heavy-duty tubular steel frame with a lay-flat bench that folds upright for convenience when not in use
• Double-up, on-line cabling, weight resistance system provides a maximum of 64kg of resistance lets you get more out of your workouts
• Dedicated Bench Press, Pec Dec, Leg Unit & Lat Tower provides for a range of exercises targeting the arms, chest, legs, back, shoulder and thigh muscle groups
• Weight stack can be upgraded
• Deep padded backrests for added comfort
Selling due to requiring the space for other items and recent lack of usage. Brand new from Amazon costs £400.
For ease of transport I have disassembled the Gym into more manageable sections but kept the relevant bolts and nuts in their relevant inserts for easier re-assembly.
