Description
Rogue yoke that can be used as a mobile squat rack using the J pegs that come with it for squats/ bench press/ shoulder press.
It can also be used as a yoke for loaded carries and as a sled for pushing and pulling.
You can use the cross member for pull ups or as an anchor point for a TRX.
It is a great piece of kit and I wouldn’t be selling but we only have a small garden and the kids want to replace it with a beanbag zone.
