Description
The resistance band bar is in near new condition. Works like a barbell, but for resistance bands. It is detachable for easy transport, and will hold up to 800lb resistance. I bought the triangle-links separately which are used to attach resistance bands easily and quickly. Great for presses, squats, rows, deadlifts etc.
The resistance bands are all fully functional, the heaviest one goes up to 70kg resistance. There is slight wear on one or two of them (the middle one has a small chip), but they are all fully usable.
Door anchor also included which greatly increases range and diversity of possible resistance band exercises.
This setup is ready to be used for workouts straight away, selling at a cheap price as am trying to minimize my work-out equipment. The bar alone is RRP £50 so you will be getting a bargain.
