This versatile bench has a rugged one-piece construction, solid non-skid feet and fixed heavy-duty uprights to provide sturdy support for the most intense training sessions. It is great for isolating major upper and lower body muscles and features a 4-position backrest that can be easily adjusted to decline, flat and 2 incline positions. To let you target quads, hamstrings and glutes for superior leg results, there is a padded leg developer with 4 oversized foam rollers and the bench offers a 45mm (1.7”) thick padded seat and back support delivering increased comfort and protection. The Multi Function XT guarantees challenging and effective workouts with 4 bar rest positions and can be used for a variety of exercises such as bench press, incline bench press, shoulder press, bicep curl, leg extension, and leg curl. It is compatible with 5ft/6ft standard and Olympic barbells and comes with an inspirational workout chart. The bench can handle a maximum load of 186kg (410lbs).

This product is delivered to you FREE of charge throughout UK mainland and Scotland. We are using our own delivery Van service and specialised courier service to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

After placing an order which includes this item, you will be contacted by our customer service team to inform you about the delivery plans and to make sure delivery date is convenient for you. Once the delivery date has been agreed, you will receive an email to confirm the arrangements. The evening before the day of the arranged delivery, you will be sent an email/ Text with an allocated 3-hour delivery window. In addition, the delivery crew will call you 30-60 minutes prior to arriving at your property.
