Description
Purple Leg Master exercise machine.
It is suggested that this type of machine strengthens legs, thighs and pelvic floor and tones stomach and bums.
Made of metal. Folds up for easy storage. Size when folded is 38cm x 27cm wide and 57cm high.
Once unfolded stand on the sliding plates and hold the handle bar of the upright ( which is adjustable for height) for stability and move feet back and forth to complete the exercise. Size when unfolded is 105cm x 48cm and 86cm maximum height.
Suggested use is 60 seconds a day!
This machine has been used but still in excellent condition.
Similar machine available from Amazon for £90…..this is a real bargain.
