Gym equipment up for grabs, a wide variety included to complete your home setup.
Bodymax Squat rack with pull up bar, dip attachment, safety bars (one for each side), pulley system on the top for late pull down and pulley on the bottom for rows bicep curls etc. the pulley system has 100kg worth of integrated weights adjustable with the pin. Various pulley attachments included for different exercises. Bodymax bench included which goes from flat to Incline, it also has a leg extention for quad and hamstring curls. And! a preacher bicep curls extension which bolts on at adjustable heights.
Also included is Olympic barbell (20kg) with Bare branded bumper plates; pair of 25kg, 20kg, 15kg, 10kg and 5kg. Smaller Bare branded metal plates; pair of 2.5kg and 1.25kg. Stand included to hold all bumper plates.
Will also throw in a callf raise stand, a MiraFit low bench for glute bridges and a MiraFit tool to lift the barbell off the floor...an aid to load and unlock the weight easier when on the floor.
