Free Standing Adult Size Slam Man Boxing Reaction Punch Bag Dummy (adjustable height). A very good exercising item as well as Improving your keep fit and boxing skills with this life size dummy which can be filled up with either water or sand to make it sturdy. A selection of modes and levels of difficulty can be selected with the control which then lights up the dummy randomly (see last 5 pics) to indicate the spot you should be hitting.
