This Freestanding Folding Power Rack with Plate-Loaded Pulley has been developed to give you the full experience of a regular power rack, with the ability to hold up to 286kg, whilst also saving valuable floor space. PERFECT for a garage gym or studio.

The rack is brilliant for a full-body workout when used with a barbell and weight plates. It has everything you need for bench press, overhead press, squats, lunges and more. It also comes with a pull-up bar to hit your back, biceps, and triceps. Additionally, it has high and low cable pulleys (with lat pulldown and curl bar attachments), excellent for a range of exercises, including lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns/extensions, bicep curls, lateral raises front raises, face pulls, glute kickbacks, pull-throughs, and cable hip abduction. The cable pulleys can be loaded with any 1-inch plates, or 2-inch Olympic plates. Finally, a landmine attachment is included so you can do rows, goblet squats, and landmine presses.

The rack comes with pegs for resistance bands, and also 8 poles to store your weight plates and bar. For safety the rack includes 2 J-Hooks and 2 Safety Bars, meaning you can exercise safely when training alone.
