Description
Used but in very good condition.
The perfect compound exercise equipment for home, enabling L-sit pull-ups and dips (I’m 6ft1 and it’s tall enough). Can be used at 3 heights - one for pull-ups, one for dips, and one for inverted rows. Also possible to do a range of more advanced calisthenics exercises. Then when you’re finished folds away to be easily stored e.g. behind a sofa (see pics).
