Great machine, handy for both when you have 5 minutes spare to get away from the desk and get moving a bit or for long sessions if you desire.
Selling as I need to free up some space in the room for my young lad, he gives me enough opportunities for exercising now. I chose this machine specifically for the 14kg flywheel that results in a smooth running experience. Also suited my height of 6'2".
Mechanically the machine is in a very good condition, works flawlessly. Cosmetically, the duct tape running atop the case is to stop it from rattling/squeaking. I had to replace the bolts for holding one of the foot plates. There is also some paint flaking off on the horizontal paddles. The screen and pulse monitor work without issue.
Comes with the manual. It also connects via Bluetooth to Kinomap app. The app recognises the machine, takes over and adjust the resistance as you run in the virtual world. I've never paid for the app so only had a brief experience with it during the free trial and then stuck with the built-in exercise modes. Seemed to work fine with it though.
The arms and console can be dismantled for transport. See the pictures.
