I have recently returned from a fishing trip with WAY MORE salmon that I will ever eat.
So, I am selling sides of salmon for £10 each. Line caught, wild, organic, with the skin on. Sides range in weight from 1.6kg to 1.9kg and you're free to choose from what I have.
All cleaned and prepared, vacuum packed and ready to cook!
