Ruby Tunes' resident DJ Ian Sawyer has over twenty years experience DJ-ing at nightclubs and venues in the Bath and Bristol area. He was resident DJ at Bath Moles Club’s long running and extremely popular Big Cheese night right up until the club's sudden closure in December 2023.

Ian is a validated member of the National Association Of Disc Jockeys which ensures that all its members have Public Liability Insurance and proof of current Portable Appliance Testing.

Please note that Ruby Tunes Mobile Disco does not offer a Karaoke service.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for your DJ services at our wedding at the Huntsman on 25th. The music was fantastic & you read the room brilliantly all through the evening, which made it so enjoyable. We have had so many comments on what a great DJ you were & how brilliant the music was which was so nice to hear!

We hired Ian for our wedding at the Hare and Hounds Hotel in Gloucestershire in April and we had such a brilliant evening thanks to him. He had great communication leading up to the big day, he took on board all of our song requests, and definitely read the crowd well on the night. I would definitely recommend.

We had Ian for a school disco. He was absolutely fantastic. He arrived bang on time and had all of the songs the students wanted. Good kit which produced excellent quality music. Highly recommended.

Ian went above and beyond for our wedding and we can’t recommend him enough. Right from the beginning his service was second to none, he took the time to really understand what it was we were after from our wedding music. Our dance floor was constantly full, Ian played the perfect mix of floor fillers and the more alternative music we wanted. He read the room and kept everyone dancing. Definitely one of the highlights of our wedding, highly recommend Ruby Tunes.

Hired Ian for my wife’s 50th recently, the night was a huge success with everyone hitting the dance floor Ian accommodated a band too who played in between.
