Description
This is a brand new fire door from a recent building project - it has been taken out of it's plastic packaging so there are some minor scratches and surface dust. These are easily cleaned up ahead of painting.

The model is the Cheltenham from Todd Doors, a classic 2-Panel design single door with flat panels and a distinctive, decorative inset panel moulding detail to create a timeless design.
Precision-engineered with solid timber lippings to allow for trimming
Suitable for either traditional or modern interiors these doors come primed ready to paint
Constructed using a solid core, giving a heavy and substantial feel
Fire rated to ensure at least 30 minutes protection (FD30) when fitted in accordance with the Global Fire Resistance Assessment
Measuring 1981mm x 686mm x 44mm, and weighing around 35 kg
