The extension mechanism is smooth and easy to use, ideal for hosting guests or saving space when not in use. The table is in very good condition with only a minor scuff mark on the surface (see photo), but this does not affect function or appearance overall.
A great, sturdy piece perfect for everyday use or occasional dining.
