Oak top dining table that I believe is over 100 years of age.

Description
The Patina of this table makes me think this is most probably over 100 years, but I am not an expert so don't take this as fact. The underside of the top you can see dark, aged oak with old, slot screws.
Underneath and out of sight, some of the original oak pieces have been replaced with new oak. The legs look like pine.
Size is:
54in x43in, and just over 30inches high. plus with two 12in leaves to extend it further.
The top can be unscrewed from the base. I don't know how easy it would be to flatten for transport once the top is off.
