Description
Traditional working spinning wheel and antique Victorian patterned spinning chair. Both are in great condition. The wheel was handmade for us by a craftsman in Huntly 25 years ago. We bought the chair in an antique store 40 years ago. There is evidence of some historical woodworm in the chair but that was treated at the time and there has been nothing fresh since. The wheel is approx one metre tall by half a metre wide. This is a very reluctant sale but we need to have a clear out!
Similar spinning wheels are on sale for between £350 and £600. Similar chairs are well over £100.
For a quick sale, the price for the wheel is £150. The chair is £70. For both, just £195.
