A beautiful early 1960s walnut bookcase display cabinet from G Plan, featuring the original branding under one shelf.
With two shelves that are adjustable for height, and a further fixed shelf, this is a useful and very attractive piece of mid century furniture, featuring all the G Plan styling and build-quality that you would expect.
The patina of the piece is particularly lovely, and the graduated shape from top to bottom a very attractive feature. The shelves also feature a graduated slope on the underside, small touches which demonstrate that this E Gomme, G Plan piece is a real mid century find.
In lovely vintage condition, with just the odd mark or ding as you would expect, this piece will grace any mid century modern styled home.
