Danish Furniture Centre (Circa 1972) Rosewood Unit
Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire
£800
Description
This is a listing for my Rosewood furniture unit.
The Rosewood unit was purchased in the 1970s – perhaps in circa 1972 – from the Danish Furniture Centre, which was based in Ingram Street, Glasgow. (The store is no longer in existence.)
The dimensions of the unit are:
• Total Length: 211.5cm
• Total Height: 150.0cm
• Left-hand-side segment Length: 52.5cm
• Middle segment Length: 104.5cm
• Right-hand-side segment Length: 54.0cm
• Main/Bottom section Depth: 50.0cm
• Upper/top section Depth: 28.5cm
The unit was designed to accommodate items such as a record player and many records. However, it can readily serve other purposes.
The Rosewood unit is based in Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire. As such, it would suit a buyer who is able to collect when travelling from/within the West Dunbartonshire, Glasgow, East Dunbartonshire, and nearby areas. Travel from areas that are further afield may also be viable – such as from nearby parts of Renfrewshire, nearby parts of Argyll and Bute, or nearby parts of the Stirling Council area.
Ideally, I feel that you will need a van of some kind to collect this furniture unit. The unit will also require partial disassembly to get it from my attic to your van. I am happy to assist with this on the day of purchase.
Thank you very much for reading this listing. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact with me.
Kind Regards,
David
