Description
Two very rare William Plunkett dining chairs made around 1971 with three legged aluminium frame and curved seating. In need of re-upholstering but frame in excellent condition
William Plunkett became internationally known in the late sixties with his WP range. Similar in design to Poul Kjaerholms designs of the same era for Fritz hansen both used aluminium as a twist on traditional danish and mid-century designs from the likes of designers such as Ole Wanscher and Hans Wegner. Unique 1970s British contemporary design.
