Description
Good original 18th century Georgian hoop backed arm chair / carver chair in the style of Hepplewhite
Nicely shaped chair with very well carved back splat and moulded faces to the legs and arms
The seat has webbing in very good condition but the seat is very firm.
The frame is in good sound condition with firm joints and nicely polished wood surfaces with a very dark antique patina.
The top of the back has been repaired in the past with iron straps.
