Twin 6kg refillable Propane/Autogas cylinders complete with hoses, filling point and contents guage.

Make significant savings over exchange cylinders (by comparing with Calor 6kg Propane for example).

Filling points can be found in the Autogas on-line app, including Northern France or for Europe at mylpg.eu, with prices as low as 85p per litre (South Street, Glasgow) at time of placing this ad. A slightly higher price of 99.9p per litre is more common.

6kg Calor Propane exchange currently costs around £32

6kg Autogas propane refill is approximately 11.6 litres. So refill cost for these cylinders can be around £9.86to £11.48.

These were removed from our motorhome when changing to larger twin 11kg cylinders. We have used refillable cylinders across the UK and also in France and Spain where Autogas is very common, no need to buy or rent local cylinders. Both cylinders have an internal safety shut off valve that ensures that they can only fill to 80% of their capacity, a legal requirement at filling points.

Note that a small adapter kit is needed for connecting to some filling points. Various country/kit options can be available new and second hand on Gumtree, EBay and elsewhere.
Search 'Drehmeister' as an example of one of the better brands. Both new and used adapters are often listed.
