This natural wood Headboard was handcrafted in 1975 by a Lancaster furniture maker apprenticed to the famous Gillow &Co..
Finely made from high quality Cherrywood (probably) with a natural rattan weave complementing the wood perfectly. It’s a classic yet timeless shape, a straight top rail and elegantly scalloped corners, skilfully jointed and beautifully simple, easily co-ordinates with other bedroom furnishings as fashions change.
Comes with wooden struts for attaching to a double divan bed.
Lovingly cared for and now 50 years old it’s in very good condition.
Headboard measure: 137cm Width x 91cm Height
Struts: 4.5cm Width a 91cm Height.
Distance from floor to top of headboard: 97cm
