I am integrative psychotherapist accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy practicing either in person from my office or online.
I offer a free 20 min. discovery call where we can talk about the issue you are facing and how therapy can help.
I create a safe and non-judgemental space. My clients come from all walks of life and a wide variety of backgrounds. My services are offered in a cultural sensitive way and tailored to individual's unique needs.
My intention is that through this work you will discover your true self and begin to find your own answers to life's many challenges.
My area of expertise includes CBT, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship, addictions, health issues, employment, early life trauma and sense of loss meaning.
