Description
I have been working in the field of mental for almost 15 years assessing and managing complex presentations in adults, along with children and adolescents with mental health difficulties. My approach has always been to apply evidence-based assessment and management plans for each individual. I explore my patient's difficulties through their unique perspective and difficulties they may be experiencing.
I believe that mental health difficulties are often a manifestation of health related, psychological and/or social difficulties. Such difficulties emerge due to complex combination of factors including genetics, psychological tendencies, environmental and social changes which can impact an individual's mental health. My approach has always been to offer comprehensive treatments and therapeutic interventions.
I offer assessments and treatments for the following conditions;
Depression
Anxiety Spectrum Disorders
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Bi-polar Affective Disorder
Panic attacks
Psychosis
Phobias
OCD
PTSD
Consultations are offered remotely online via Zoom or MS Teams for an initial assessment and lasts around 90 minutes. Consultations are also offered face to face, if required.
