Free2bme provides the right help and support that is needed to recognise, face and deal with the real issues and struggles that are going on behind the scene. Dealing with locked in pain, trauma, depression, anxieties, fears, anger, relationships issues and more.

Having the right help of combined skills and experienced Life-coach, Counsellor and Therapist. There is no reason one should continue to suffer and struggle.
I would like to invite you to take advantage to book a first time introductory appointment of: £25 instead of £40 (online or remote. Face to face is available) per session where you will experience the benefit of feeling some immediate improvements.
