Right before the session I could feel Helen checking the space I was in and scanning me. Then when we got on Zoom I felt overwhelmed with a feeling that was asking me to release, which for me usually means crying. I let the emotions just come out as Helen went straight into Theta Healing as she was called to do. She was spot on with what she was seeing within my body and energy before the session even started, even though I had said I thought it was my stomach she said, I see kidneys, shoulders and heart and she was spot on. I loved that she was so intuitive and listens to her intuition and creator above all because it made the experience tailored to what I needed from our session. Afterwards I felt so light and like I knew what creators love felt like, I knew what my higher self felt like, so much so that I can take that feeling and integrate it into my daily life in order to transform my reality. Her energy is gentle and nurturing and her guidance during moments of release, digging and downloading is was exactly what I needed to feel safe and open.
