Location: Hook/Hybrid (2 - 3 days on site)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Profile

Are you a skilled finance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Group Finance Manager to join our dynamic Group Reporting team within Group Finance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support our 2025 year-end reporting process and audit.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the month-end financial reporting process to ensure all deadlines are met.

Assisting in the production of the Annual Report and Accounts, collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

Facilitating the external audit process by providing necessary documentation and insights.

Analyzing and interrogating financial information to identify trends and variances.

Preparing papers to support accounting judgments as part of the 2025 year-end process.

Liaising with Divisions to gather crucial information, ensuring the year-end reporting process is completed accurately and on time.

Overseeing the preparation of subsidiary financial statements.

Addressing any other ad-hoc items required by the team to support our objectives.

Skills & Experience:

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in financial reporting, ideally within a group finance environment.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Experience in preparing financial statements and working with auditors would be advantageous.
