Contract Role: Equipment Workshop Coordinator

Location: Brize Norton

Nationality Requirement: British Nationals only

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Contract Duration: Until 15 March 2026 (with potential for extension)

Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, across 4.5 days (between 07:00-19:00, hours set at business discretion)

Rate:

£33.00 per hour (Umbrella)

£24.66 per hour (PAYE)About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Equipment Workshop Coordinator to oversee the management and coordination of role-specific equipment within a dynamic aerospace maintenance environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the availability, serviceability, and compliance of critical equipment to support operational readiness and mission success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the equipment workshop, ensuring all assets are maintained to the highest standards.

Track equipment lifecycle, manage spares, and resolve defects using digital tools and maintenance data systems.

Interpret and apply technical publications to ensure compliance with regulated maintenance practices.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure readiness for deployment and exercise tasking.

Report on key performance indicators and contribute to planning and operational briefings.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational requirements.Essential Skills and Experience:

In-depth knowledge of survival and/or role equipment maintenance and servicing.

Demonstrable experience in equipment tracking and digital maintenance systems.

Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and adhering to regulated procedures.

Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and process compliance.

Effective communicator with the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders.

Decisive and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Security Requirements:
