Nice chap but , after some confusion and several Emails between us he didn’t arrive when he said he would. His quote for garden work was reasonable and I accepted it . However he didn’t arrive and I have not heard from him since.

I booked Homemax.uk for both a standard clean and a deep clean on different occasions, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Paulo has been absolutely fantastic with renovating my three bed house. I doubt you could find a better person to help with a job you need doing, he has a super friendly and happy personality and took away all the stress and worries my girlfriend and I had when we realised we could not tackle this renovation by ourselves within the three weeks we had available before our rented tenancy ended. We were first time buyers and at first super keen to do all the hands on work ourselves… little did we realise how much was truly involved. He has made a 20 year old house look brand new again. The below is not fully inclusive of everything he has helped us with: ◦ Selecting base paints and finishing paints for walls, ceilings, doors, banisters and radiators. ◦ Removing and plastering up an unwanted electric fireplace. ◦ Plastering almost endless chips/dents and holes in the walls. ◦ Removing a built in wardrobe. ◦ Stripping wallpaper. ◦ Removing carpet and underlay. ◦ Removing an old kitchen surface and fitting a new hard wood surface with a wood surround (this was our choice as we needed to stay within budget). ◦ Laying herringbone laminate flooring (I have a new found respect for this… I assumed it would be easy…) ◦ Removing and fitting new skirting throughout the downstairs. ◦ Disconnecting and reconnecting the new kitchen sink, this required additional copper piping to be added. ◦ Trimming down the internal doors so they would work with the new thicker carpet. We’ve had to put a pause on some of the other rooms we want updated, but we will absolutely be seeking Paulo’s help again when it becomes time to tackle the bathroom, the loft conversion, and the garage conversion.
