Description
We try to provide a personal service in which we find a cleaner tailored to your specific needs. We aim to provide you with the same person every week (barring illnesses and holidays, when we will always offer you alternative cover). That way we hope that you will form a long-term relationship in which you and the cleaner get to know each other over time as we believe that this is the best way to get the most out of the service.
For this reason I always try to meet my clients at the property (although in exceptional cases if the client prefers I can sort everything out over email). My aims in doing this are (a) to understand exactly what is involved in the job and what your specific requirements are, and (b) to introduce myself and meet you face-to-face and show you that I am a real person and not just an internet site.
Our quoted rates are based on at least 3 hours per week, which is the minimum size of job we normally undertake.
