Nice people but rather superficial cleaning. Probably fine for a holiday let weekly clean but this was meant to be a deep clean at the end of a long term tenancy . Found spilled rice still in kitchen cupboards, higher cupboards appeared untouched. Wardrobes completely covered in dust on the tops and backs (had been removed from the walls for cleaning). Ensuite bathroom door covered in dust still. Paid extra for the oven but found food remains still under the burners which clearly hadn't been lifted. Had to point out the bathroom fans hadn't been cleaned and we're covered in dust and the ceiling cobwebs hadn't been touched (they did these when pointed out). On the positive side the showers and baths were well cleaned (except the shower heads) and carpets hoovered. Would not use again for this type of cleaning (probably fine for holiday lets).
