Pr*ck, I’ve just collected my new but different rug from Marks and Spencer and happened to speak with the manager! He explained that as my 100% wool rug I gave you to clean, is made with a natural wood fibre named Jute you didn’t take delicate care whilst cleaning it. He explained that you used way too much water and product, which caused the jute to leak into the wool. It’s a term called browning and that’s exactly what you did, that caused the discolouration of my rug! Your reply to my previous review is bogus and bullsh*t and I don’t need to leave a fake review either! You’re clearly not professional and know nothing about good quality rugs! The managers son is a professional rug cleaner and will treat my rug for me, to reverse the damage you caused to my rug! But I should have known better that £30 to clean a rug, would not get the job done to a high standard! And for the record I did not give you my rug damaged, it was only dirty. So do not lie saying it was probably caused by me! As the professional rug cleaner took one look at the photo I showed him of the damage you caused and told me exactly what you did wrong! You are a cowboy cleaner and lack professionalism as well as basic comprehension! You are the one who needs to sort out your life, NOT ME!

These guys are great! They did a fantastic clean on my almost 14 year old oatmeal coloured carpets.
There was an area of carpet that was really grubby due to being a high traffic area, I thought it was beyond rescue, but they got it looking almost new.
I am really happy with the service. They got straight down to work, they were professional, efficient and pleasant.
I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

AVOID!!!! If it was possible I wouldn’t even leave a 1 star review for this company. My carpets are completely ruined in my home, a strong bleaching agent was used which caused my carpets to discolour. No compensation offered, they refused to take any responsibility or reimburse me for the damage they caused. Shocking customer service no real sense of ownership when making mistakes. I will now have to pay a fortune to try and find a professional company to get the damage repaired. I do not recommend this place at all, absolutely appalling service.

Immaculate cleaning are exactly like the name. Our shops carpets came out beautifully. We have heavy footfall in the shop and our end of year service from the guys at immaculate cleaning was just **immaculate**. So happy with the service and the outcome. Would recommend to anyone.
