I’m pleased to introduce my company Betterclean Chelsea to you and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your cleaning provision.
Betterclean Services Chelsea is a local commercial cleaning business, backed by the experience and sophisticated systems of a national network. We provide a complete cleaning package, from regular contract cleaning to carpet cleaning, window cleaning, hard floor maintenance, supply of washroom and kitchen consumables, and deep-clean programmes.
We pride ourselves on our well-managed and tailored service, which is both friendly and professional. Our aim is to work in partnership with our clients and provide the highest quality service, combined with reliability and trustworthiness. We listen to our clients, responding promptly and efficiently to fulfil their cleaning needs, whilst also offering excellent value for money.
Our service experience extends across a wide range of sectors – from car showrooms to offices, medical and veterinary practices, hospitality environments, schools and nurseries, sports complexes, construction site offices and builders cleans, laboratories, government organisations and utility companies.
Our contract prices include the following:
• All cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment required for the service (including annual PAT testing)
• Staff uniforms, protective clothing, and equipment (P.P.E.)
• Health & Safety documentation to include COSHH, Risk Assessments, Method statements etc.
• Employer’s Liability Insurance up to £10,000,000 and Public Liability insurance up to £5,000,000
• Labour charge to include sickness and holiday cover
• Training and quality monitoring costs, including monthly cleaning audits and scoring
We are a member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science, and hold the following certifications and accreditations: ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, Safe Contractor and CHAS (Contractor’s Health & Safety Assessment Scheme). Our comprehensive cleaning specifications and processes also ensure that our healthcare clients are fully compliant with CQC cleaning standards.
