Pioneer Quality Services Ltd is a privately owned and managed commercial cleaning business established in 1976. We specialise in Office Cleaning, Communal Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Laundry Services, and many more, throughout London and the South East.

We are seriously committed to providing the highest quality of service with the least impact to the environment. This includes actively promoting eco-friendly products to all our clients, reviewing and sourcing more environmentally friendly equipment, and the keeping up-to-date with the latest methods of delivery.

Areas of London we cover include: - W1F, W1W, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, N1, SE1 and more.

Areas in the South East we cover include: - Birchington, Margate, Faversham, Whitstable, Dover, Ashford, Maidstone and more.

Many of our permanent cleaning work force and management team reside within the environs of our London and South East clients. 24/7 our loyal staff prove true to our core values in being reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking.

Our new head office is located at Manston Kent, yet it only takes just over an hour by high-speed train to arrive at London St Pancras International train station. By using the London transport system, our senior management and directors are able to respond quickly to our clients needs throughout London. From our head office we also have easy and quick access throughout the South East via the following motorway systems: M2, M20 and M25.

Total shambles, poor management, poor communication, high turnover of staff, cancelled contract with no notice, despite expecting 3 months notice from us to terminate contract!

Canva have now worked with Pioneer for nearly 3 years and we are so pleased with their service and staff. Our daily cleaners are friendly, reliable and really feel a part of the team, the head office staff are quick to respond with any queries and are always checking in to see how we're getting on - nothing is too much trouble with them. As we've expanded they have also been flexible to meet our needs - would highly recommend them as a contractor!
