About Us

We are a domiciliary care company providing support to those who need help in their own homes in Northern Ireland. We are Registered with the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) since 11 November 2024, we have successfully completed both our pre-registration and post-registration inspections, the latter conducted on 10 April 2025. Our inspection reports are available for your review on the RQIA site.

Our Services

We currently provide care services to private clients in Dromara, Lawrencetown, Tullylish, Waringstown, and Portadown. Our offerings include the following :

-support or assistance with medication administration
-moving and handling
-personal hygiene (washing and dressing, continence care)
-post hospital care
-overnight stays
-companionship
-food preparation and assistance with eating and drinking
-domestic services (shopping or accompanying to the shops and light housework)

Each care plan is tailored to the individual needs of our service users, ensuring personalized and effective support.

Fees

Our rates are determined based on the specific needs of each service user. We accept service users who are on direct payments or privately funded. We recognize that rates for trust referrals may vary and are open to adjustments to align with trust funding arrangements.

Quality and Training

All our frontline staff are registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) and go through enhanced AccessNI check prior to commencing work. They have completed face-to-face training in moving and handling, basic life support with anaphylaxis through Safe to Care Academy, and additional mandatory RQIA training via Care Skills Academy e-learning. For service users requiring medication assistance, our staff undergo domiciliary medication administration training and competency assessments to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

We utilize the a digital care platform to manage our care services providing:
Secure staff clock-in and clock-out records
Daily care notes
Care planning and risk assessments
Electronic medication administration records
