Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and learning of children in our care, ensuring they thrive both socially and academically.

Duties

Create and deliver engaging learning environments that support all areas of development Foster a safe, welcoming space where children feel secure and valued Observe and assess children’s progress, keeping clear and accurate records to inform future planning Communicate effectively with children in a developmentally appropriate way, understanding age and stage of ability. Build strong, open relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates and addressing concerns Work closely with your colleagues to uphold high standards of care and education Manage daily routines — from meal and nap times to play and learning activities Encourage positive behaviour, emotional well-being, and social skills Be a positive role model, showing professionalism, care, and enthusiasm at all times Experience

A L3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential to meet ratio Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting, supporting children throughout EYFS that we can reference within the last 2 years. Knowledge or experience of supporting SEN is desirable Strong team skills with the ability to work as a team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
